The ground rules for using GoGarden. Written to be readable — the important one is that our numbers are estimates, so verify before you buy.
Working draft. These terms are a plain-language draft pending final legal review before public launch. They reflect how GoGarden actually works today, but should be reviewed by an attorney before the paid tier launches.
1. Who we are
GoGarden (“GoGarden,” “we,” “us”) is operated by aSaaSin Ventures LLC. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
2. Estimates only — verify before you buy
GoGarden's calculators and designs are planning aids. They produce approximate quantities, layouts, and costs based on the inputs you provide and standard rules of thumb. They are not a professional engineering plan, a guaranteed bill of materials, or a substitute for a licensed contractor, engineer, or local code review.
- Always confirm quantities, dimensions, and specifications with your supplier or a professional before purchasing or building.
- Real sites vary — soil, slope, water pressure, obstructions, and local code all affect the true result.
- You are responsible for your own measurements, purchases, permits, and installation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for over- or under-buying, project outcomes, or any loss arising from reliance on an estimate.
3. Acceptable use
- Use the site for your own landscaping planning, personal or professional.
- Don't abuse, overload, scrape at scale, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the service.
- Don't use the site to break the law or infringe others' rights.
4. Accounts & saved projects
Accounts and saved projects are rolling out. When available, you're responsible for your login and for the accuracy of what you save. Free-tier limits may apply and can change.
5. No warranty
The site is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose. We don't promise the site will always be available or error-free.
6. Changes
We may update the site and these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be noted here with an updated date. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
7. Governing law & contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which aSaaSin Ventures LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. [Jurisdiction to be finalized at launch.]
